Carla Kay Luper

March 25, 1948 - July 9, 2026

Carla leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, kindness and generosity. Born March 25,1948 in Walla Walla Washington, the family moved to Lewiston,  Idaho when Carla was 2 years old. She graduated from Lewiston Senior High School in 1966. She went on to receive diplomas as both Legal and Executive Assistants. She fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and made Bellevue, Washington her permanent home. She loved skiing, daily walks and going to Seahawk games, her kitties, cooking Chinese dinners for family and friends. She climbed to the Basecamp of Mount Rainer twice. She was a devoted daughter, sister and Auntie.  Her nephews will always cherish their special Auntie days of adventures.  We will remember you always when you were at your best full of adventures, fun and laughter.  Rest now, dear sister, Auntie and friend in peaceful embrace and know that we will always carry you in our hearts.  Preceded in death by parents. Survived by sister Marilyn Mann, nephews Jason ( Danielle) Mann and Jeremy Mann and great-nephews Robert Mann and Samuel Mann.
