Obituaries

I had the honor to sail with Captain Kingma many years ago when I started sailing as a young 3rd Officer. A fine man, leader and ship Master. He set the standard for many of us young deck officers to follow and attempt to Iive up to. I enjoyed my time under his command. He was one of the few ship Masters in My time at sea that I held in high enough regard to model my career after. May he rest in peace after crossing the final bar.
