I have never read a more touching tribute than this tribute to my dearest Nan. She was my first friend when I moved to WA in 1975. We lived just houses apart. With 3 of our kids nearly the same ages we became fast friends. And as was so aptly put in her obit she always made me feel like I was her “bestest friend”. I know ALL of her friends felt the same way. That was my Nan and what a big loving heart she had! I always felt like I was part of her big loving family. I’m so glad I got to spend several times with her last year, seeing her last in late summer. One of the hardest thing I’ve done was leave that last day, both of us being stoic for the other. I have such fond memories of my Heavenly Angel Nan. Give Tom a hug for me Nan. I know Heaven got brighter when you arrived! ❤️
