Nyle Kracke (age 98) passed from this life peacefully on the morning of March 18, 2023 at Burien, Washington.

Nyle was born June 18,1924 in the township of Tilden, Iowa.

Nyle was born on a farm and worked his own farm until the mid 1950’s. After selling his farm, Nyle worked at Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas. After moving to Ashland, Kansa, he worked with the Soil Conservation Service and also was the Chief Engineer at the local power plant. He then moved to La Junta, Co. where he was the Park Superintendent for the City of La Junta. Nyle finished his working career as Parks Superintendent for Jefferson County Park Systems while living in Arvada, Co.

Nyle will be remembered by his Sons, Kevin (Joy) Kracke of Seattle, WA; Doug (Barbara) Kracke (Simons) of Scottsdale, AZ.  Grandson, Jason Lee (Tonia) Kracke of Aurora, CO; Granddaughters, Tabitha (John) Gardner, IA; Tiffany (Keith) Porche, AZ; His Great Grandchildren; Clayton Kracke, Corin Kracke, Jacob Kracke, Lucas Gardner, Sofia Gardner Benjamin Porche, Griffin Gardner, Hope Porche and Chloe Gardner. Nieces; Marsha Holbert and Bernice Creek, Cousin; John Hannah of KS and his longtime friend, Karl Grasmick of CO.

Nyle was proceeded in death by parents Charles and Lula, sisters; Lois and Thelma, brother Floyd and his cherished daughter, Sheila Ann Kracke

Dad passion was growing flowers and trees. In his remembrance plant a tree, a flower, something that grows year after year, he will be there with you.
